5 Stars - First Visit Experience This was my first visit to Rivertown GMC, and I was truly impressed! The service department was extremely polite and professional from the moment I arrived. What really stood out to me was their fantastic service app—it kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle every step of the way, and even included a video walkthrough of my tire rotation, which I thought was amazing. Service department is very good. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, as were all the staff in service department. Price for transmission and differential services was fair. Mo ridden fees. I’ve many awesome experiences with this dealership in the past. Lately, my vehicle has been returned with stains on my leather interior i.e. oil, grease… that is then rubbed into my leather when cleaned. The service personnel Mike, Lisa, and K are all fantastic; however, please observe the mechanics maintenance upon returning the vehicle.

The salesman wasn’t pushy, very knowledgable about the vehicle and explained everything that we could think of. Very nice and professional

I own a Malibu but I come to this dealership because of the honest service department. My service agent is Mike Clark and I have used him for a number of cars and I've always found him to be honest friendly and very good at his job. He is an asset to the dealership and the repair shop.

The people I dealt with at Rivertown GMC were very easy to deal with. They did not play the "let me talk to my manager" game. They were straight forward and worked with me to get me into my new truck. The salesperson, the GM, the Parts manager and the Service advisor were all pleasant and professional to deal with. I would recommend Rivertown GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I switched from a F-150 (this was my second one) to the Sierra because of the people I was dealing with.
