Had a terrible experience. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday. Heard absolutely nothing before Tuesday. Only jesrd because I had to call. No app update, no text update, no phone call. Come to find out the fella that took my truck in was fired. Didn't get an update on that either. I'd rather drive to Opelika than deal with this establishment10 minutes from my gouse ever again. Every time I come it's something different for me to be mad about. Terrible. Just terrible.

The service person was condescending when I asked how much the oil change was he stated the total price several times. I finally said I thought it was $79.99 because that is what I saw on the website. He then stated no unless you had a discount - the oil change was $89.99 plus fees etc. That was the answer I wanted from him the first time I asked. I have always brought my vehicle to GMC Rivertown for maintenance but this was the first time I was treated with a condescending tone and felt like he was looking down on me. In the future I will travel out of town for maintenance on my vehicle.
